Management Board of the Laumann Group 2024
Family & Management

Family business

Laumann Group

Family-owned market leader

The Laumann Group is still entirely family-owned today. Elke and Andreas Hartleif are the second generation of the founding family to manage the company group. This results in advantages such as a high degree of continuity, a uniform understanding of the company's direction and short and fast decision-making processes. In order to continue to be successful in this structure, the undivided commitment of the owner family to the company is crucial - and that includes all family members, not just those who are active in the company.

The Laumann Group is officially managed by Andreas Hartleif and his wife Elke Hartleif and Pascal Heitmar since 2024.

Chairman of the Management Board

Andreas Hartleif

Andreas Hartleif, son-in-law of company founder Heinrich Laumann, joined the company in 1996. He has been Chairman of the VEKA Group since 2007 and officially of the Laumann Group since 2024.

Andreas Hartleif is involved in important recycling associations around the world. He will continue to raise awareness of a sustainable circular economy in the PVC industry among both manufacturers and customers.

The family's commitment to the company is crucial.

Vice Chairwoman

Elke Hartleif

As the daughter of company founder Heinrich Laumann, Elke Hartleif has been associated with VEKA since her childhood. After studying business administration and gaining several years of professional experience in Hanover, Elke Hartleif returned to her home town of Sendenhorst in 1996 to arrange the succession of the company with her father. VEKA was to remain a family business in any case. Now in the hands of the second generation, Elke Hartleif, as head of the personnel department, attaches great importance to a family working atmosphere.

Since 2024 Mrs. Hartleif ist Board member and Vice Chairwoman of the Laumann Group.

It is impossible not to have culture. And: Culture cannot be manipulated, purchased or exchanged for another. But it can very well be shaped.
