The two brands VEKA and GEALAN make us the global market leader in PVC window profiles. In addition, we offer VEKAPLAN PVC-U sheets and PVC solutions for outdoor applications.

As a complementary business to our PVC extrusion, we set up our own recycling network back in 1993. In this way, we have been putting circular economy into practice for more than 30 years now.

The VEKA Group also offers digital tools and solutions for window construction in the area of digitalization with the company Digital Building Solutions. Applications in the smart home sector are marketed under the brand TEXINO.

In 2023, the Laumann Group successfully completed the transaction to acquire a majority stake in Ponzio Polska. This was followed by a global rebranding in 2024: Ponzio Polska is now PROCURAL.

For more than 30 years, the company has been a leading manufacturer of aluminum profile systems for the construction industry with a strong presence in Poland and other important European markets. The company employs over 300 people and operates one of the largest warehouses in Poland with four powder coating lines at its main site in Plock.

Vinylit Fassaden GmbH has been an integral part of the Laumann Group since July 2021.

The façade specialist from Kassel, Germany, employs around 60 people and produces façade profiles from recycled and recyclable plastic granulate.

The sustainability of the material, the permanently beautiful appearance and the ecological benefits of Vinylit façade systems have been inspiring building owners and craftsmen for more than 50 years. The systems can be combined and set accents where they catch the eye - in entrance areas, dormers and gables.

As a spin-off from VEKA AG, celotec has been developing decorative films for exterior and interior applications since 2016. Since the end of 2018, the foil, which was previously coated externally, has been produced in the company's own plant in Sendenhorst, Westphalia. The foil is also sold for construction elements such as doors, gates and façades.

Celotec continuously develops innovative decorative surface products for building interiors and exteriors.

Since 1974, the UNIORG Group has been advising on a wide range of SAP solutions and its own products, tailored to the various needs of its customers. Whether large corporations with complex structures or medium-sized companies: UNIORG offers the right software and a comprehensive service - even beyond national borders. International subsidiaries in the USA, India and Slovakia are also supported from the company headquarters in Dortmund.

The Epwin Group, headquartered in Solihull, United Kingdom, is a leading manufacturer of high-quality building products for the repair, maintenance and improvement (RMI) sector, social housing and new construction. Its portfolio includes PVC and aluminum window and door systems, façade solutions, decking boards, roofing systems and a range of insulating glass units for all areas of the window industry. With over 2,200 employees and a strong market presence in the UK, the Epwin Group ideally complements the service offering of the Laumann Group.
