As an international company group, we must ensure that all national and international laws and guidelines are followed. That is why we set up a compliance management system very early on. This enables us to ensure that all company employees act in accordance with the rules.
The aim of compliance is to avert risks and ultimately protect the company, its employees and business partners. Violations of compliance guidelines can have far-reaching consequences. Thanks to our established and functioning whistleblower system, potential violations can be reported directly and prevented at an early stage, if necessary.
